1. How fast will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment.
Please note: the Germany warehouse does not ship on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed late on Friday may be processed on Monday.
2. Delivery time estimates
- Germany: 3–5 working days
- Main EU countries (FR, ES, IT, etc.): 4–8 working days
- Non-EU Europe (UK, Switzerland): 5–10 working days (customs may affect timing)
3. Which carriers do you use?
We work with trusted local couriers including DHL (Deutsche Post), DPD, GLS, and UPS.
The available carrier will be shown at checkout based on your address.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track it directly via the courier’s official website (e.g. DHL.de).
5. Tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it
In Germany, parcels may be delivered to a neighbor (Nachbar) or a nearby pickup point (Paketshop).
Please check your mailbox for a delivery notice. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact our support team and we’ll start an investigation.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (excluding hygiene-sensitive or customized items).
7. Who pays for return shipping?
- Quality issues / wrong item: We cover return shipping.
- Personal reasons: Return shipping is usually paid by the buyer.
